rough and scratchy

We have been buying this product for years and at approximately the end of 2024 the texture changed and became more thin and rough and now approximately a year later it feels even worse. Very disappointed and the price has gone up!

Not the same!

Whoever manufactures your toilet paper changed it. It is not as strong as previously purchased. It falls apart very easily. I have to use more so I'm not saving money. I would happily pay more for stronger toilet paper.

Terrible reduction in quality

They changed this TP and it now feels super cheap and falls apart. The plys just fall apart and separate. I’ve purchased this for years but will not be buying again!

Raised the Price and Decreased Quality.

This used to be a good product. They've changed the quality and increased the price. It's like 1 ply now and it's rough. Won't be purchasing it any longer.

Not quite as strong as before.

This used to be very nice bath tissue. You have changed it, but it still works. It's not quite as strong as before, and I find myself using more tissue. That kind of cancels the saving money thing.

Tired of paying for air "light and fluffy"

TP is wound loosely. One roll only lasts 2-3 days compared to a competitor product (also two ply) that is wound tighter and lasts 4-5 days for a family of 2. Tired of paying for air.

What happened?!

This bath tissue was comparable to a brand name N_______. It has gotten much thinner. I guess it's back to the brand name even if it costs a little more. In the long run I won't have to use as much and may come out better in the $ department.

Quality is down, price is going up!

Quality is going down and price is going up, listen to the other reviews, now is smaller and feels scratchy, we have been buying this brand before covid and can tell the difference in quality.

Quality is not the same!

I have to agree with other reviews that the quality of this product is no longer as good. It was very comparable to the more expensive brands but now it is working it way down to gas station toilet paper.
