I purchase this tp regularly, it’s my favorite but yesterday I brought home the package and found there was a roll missing. The outside of the package was intact but one of the individual packs of 9 had been sliced open, leading me to believe it was an incident at manufacturing. I’m not agitated enough to stand in a 20 minute return line but I am curious if anyone else has encountered this problem or if it’s fluke mistake.

I stock up on this toilet paper because it's as good as the expensive name brand. It's thick, soft and durable. My only complaint is that curbside pickup forces me to have my toilet paper shipped, when it's in stock at the store. I witnessed people rolling out their carts with it when I came to Sam's to pick up my groceries. Why are they making me order for delivery paying an extra $10 when it's in stock? If I was able to walk into the store to get it on my own I would. It feels like price gauging for those that are unable to physically shop

I have been buying this for years and all of a sudden it doesn’t last as long as it once did. I live alone and nothing has changed in my household. Seems the roll is always empty now. Must be less sheets but the packaging die not reflect that. Not suc a good buy any more. Still like it but. Disappointed!!

For the past 40 years I’ve bought nothing but brand name toilet paper (usually Cottonelle, but Charmin or Northern if they are on sale), but with costs soaring and the rolls getting smaller & smaller (yes, we noticed the width got narrow & the tube got larger!), I finally couldn’t bring myself to spend the money. Boy, I wish I found this years ago! It’s better than all the brand names. Larger, softer, doesn’t shred. 5 stars!

I bought this product and was a little bit skeptical because I am normally a Charmin snob, but this completely surprised me that I liked this product better! Not only is it less lent each time you use it, you get way more value for your dollar. I definitely recommend Member's Mark toilet paper and will be buying it in the near future.

I use to buy membersmark toilet paper forever. But I started noticing that they left my bathroom with a lot of lint, the quilted pattern that helps with pull moisture away is barely there. Maybe if they bettered the design and the less lint, i may end up going back, but until then Ill stick with the quilted norther

Hello, I only write reviews if I have strong feelings about the subject ... this bathroom tissue is the BOMB ! It does what it is made for .... it is strong, absorbs great, and it is soft !! Charmin Ultra was our favorite. After we tried this brand. We were hooked! There is nothing out there that comes close to this toilet paper. It’s a 10+ we recommend to our family & friends every chance we get. Have even given out rolls as samples. Every person I’ve given free rolls to. Switched! We even use at our Church. Only downside. You never have in stock. Can’t buy online or thru your app. So. Hope you know how much your customers need it. So please. Give us the opportunity to purchase again.

This is the Best Toilet paper in my honest opinion. It is very soft, yet strong and plush. I don't have to worry about a sore bottom from using too much of this toilet paper. Only negative is the price jumped up from $16 and change to over $20 for the same number of rolls.

This is great TP, soft and great quality a lot cheaper than 99% of TP out there but with out giving TMI I stopped buying it bc it’s the only TP that causes an issue. Hope they can work on using less chemicals to make it bc I’m pretty sure that’s the problem.
