I love this toilet paper. It’s soft and great quality. Unfortunately Sam’s Club cheated us and made the package smaller and up the price. So you’re paying more for less! Very upsetting how much they are raising prices on everything

The quality of the Member's Mark brand has gone down significantly across many products and this TP is no exception - it is noticeably thinner and harder, lots of cheaper wood cellulose and very little cotton.

Just a little mad/pee off when did they change the size? Still had a package from Aug. They not large rolls the were mega... same price though! Feel ripped off!

Another item that has been changed. The tissue is thinner and is not like what I know. I use to recommend for it's quality was comparable to any of the brand names. That is no longer, the quality has changed and now the tissue is thin.

I haven’t gotten it yet. It was delayed due to bad weather and Fed Ex keeps saying they attempted to deliver it and we weren’t home, which isn’t true because at least one person has been home every day.

We've bought this paper for years but the recent purchase shows a drastic change in the quality for the worst so If it doesn't go back to what it was we will change products please get the quality back

No . This is the 2nd tome purchasing. I already had another already being used. I have not started this package. I will return. The 2 ply comes apart. Not strong at all. Terrible.

I used to love this tp, but the quality is now sub-par. It went from low lint to small pieces and excessive lint throughout. Not sure if it's the same manufacturer but the Member's Mark tissue is the same. Disappointing.

Very disappointed with the recent change in toilet paper quality. It used to be soft and comfortable, but now it feels rough and cheap. Please bring back the old formula! This version isn't worth the price.
