My family gets Sam’s membership solely for the deal on this toilet paper. We have bought it for years, our latest purchase revealed a change in formula from thick, soft two ply tissue to thin, tissue that breaks apart separating the ply. Please return to your original formula!!!

Paper is soft , strong and better than some other leading brands. Great price, I pay less per role with this package than a 12 pack of other leading brands. Never started to use before covid, others were out, Cannot believe I had not tried it before, love it.

Literally the best bang for your buck. This toilet paper is just the right ratio of soft and durable. They are nice big rolls and last forever. And at only less than $20 for 45 big long lasting rolls. You can't beat this deal. I also get them shipped free to my house or work. They are awesome!!

I have been a Sam's Club member for decades, but I've never bought their Member's Mark brand of toilet tissue until recently. I used to purchase Quilted Northern bathroom tissue until they got entirely too expensive. I'm sticking with Member's Mark because of value and quality.

We started to purchase this product when we owned a business, but now we use this product as well as the paper towel product for our home use. We have tired other brands, more expensive and prefer the Member' Mark products. We are thrifty shoppers and the toilet tissue and paper towels are the only ones we purchase.

This toilet paper has been great but this last time we bought it, a whole package had rolls that were 1-ply or some that started out at 2-ply and halfway through turned into 1-ply. We still have more packages so I’m curious to see if more are like that.

I have been buying this brand for years with no issues until recently. The feel and quality of the tissue hasn't changed, but there are clumps of paper between each layer as you unroll. With all the bits of tissue residue collecting on the floor beneath, there is no telling what my backside looks like. It's like they are pressed to keep the production line rolling but don't see the need of, or care about, cleaning the machines.

I bought this during the height of Covid when toilet paper was scarce and you’d take what you could get. I’ve never been an off brand kinda gal when it came to toilet paper. I’ve always used northern. Well let me tell you I have now started specifically buying this brand. That’s correct I PREFER This brand over northern. I also had to buy angel soft during the pandemic (used to think it was pretty comparable to northern…not even close I’ll NEVER buy it again pandemic or not) I’m a believer out of this toilet paper and I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

We live an hour and a half away from our nearest Sam's Club. We are Sam's Plus members. Since you won't ship to our home anymore, I would appreciate that you, at least, have it in stock at the club so we can get it when we make the trip. It was a great product the last time we got it.

I have a membership to Sam's and another leading warehouse club that will not be named and had always been buying the Kirkland brand of toilet paper from there since they sell 30 rolls of 425 sheets for a lower price than this unit from Sam's. But I decided to go with the Member's Mark brand since I was irritated about the disappearance of the berry sundae at the other club and WOW Member's Mark is much better. It's much stronger and softer than Kirkland and I never have the toilet paper rip on me while wiping, which is a problem for me when using Kirkland and Charmin. While Kirkland and Charmin have a similar feel, Member's Mark is more like Scott's or Angel Soft: soft and strong. I typically use two sheets folded in half, but Member's Mark is so strong that I only need one folded in half per wipe which means that the price per use of Member's Mark is lower even though Kirkland is cheaper per sheet!
