COVID-19 has definitely caused store shelves to be stripped of toilet paper. Who would have thought??? Very hard to find necessary item. This toilet paper is 2-ply larger rolls. Wonderful product at superb price. You get many rolls and won't run out anytime soon. I work in healthcare and have helped family, friends and co-workers find supplies that they need. In our household, with 2 bathrooms I might add, this is the only tissue we use. During the pandemic, I had to buy whatever I could get my hands on but they are just sitting in the closet waiting to be used in the guest bathroom(LOL). But in our mater bathroom it is Member’s Mark all the way. This product is better than Charmin.

My husband and I are very disappointed with this item this time. Several of the rolls of tissue were one- ply and were not full rolls. I know that times are hard for manufacturers and I guess corners are being cut. However as a consumer, we are not only paying higher prices for products but now at the expense of quality. Why?

I started buying this tissue years ago. Over the last 2 years it has gotten worse and worse. This last pack I bought 2 months ago was extremely rough and not as big of a roll as it used to be. I noticed the change and have consistently tried to give this tissue another chance, thinking I may have had gotten a few bad batches. I am sorry to say that I can no longer purchase this tissue. Bring back the super soft, large rolls, ad I will return. I used Quilted Northern before ever buying member's mark and thought these tissues were a steal in quality, quantity, and price. No more.

WE went to visit my husband's parents. They told me the bathroom tissue in the bathroom was Member's Mark bath tissue. We have been ordering it from Samsclub.com for about a year now. I tell everyone I know about it. It is absolutely the best deal out there. It's the very best bath tissue!

The price is very good for the amount AND quality. I have a bidet. But still use tp after, to dry off. This quality is the best. I would go as far as saying much better than the big name that is actually a lot more expensive. And if course many levels above the cheap stuff.. This to is soft yet strong. Doesn't chafe or feel like it will break up it bunch up.

shhhhh....switched another toilet paper brand that begins with 'ch' with the Member Mark Ultra Premium Soft & Strong and the hubby didn't notice! One of the issues I had with that other brand is that with the soft tissue it's just not as strong as the strong variant but with the Members Mark Ultra Premium you get both in one quality tissue. This tissue is wider, 235 sheets versus 201 and 45 rolls versus 32 and the cost difference is $22.98 versus $25.38, so that's a savings of $2.40 for MORE PRODUCT! It's a no brainer!!!

I initially purchased this tissue because they were out of Charmin and Quilted Northern but the trick was on me, this tissue is amazing now it’s the only brand I purchase. The tissue has the same quality as Charmin with more rolls so it lasts even longer and cost $5-8 less.

The last 2 times i got a pkg of this Toil paper, after years of buying it , It was not soft at all like dollar store cheap paper, I opened a new pkg of paper towels and they were even worse. , If it going stay this this way after 15 years of me using them, I have change

Toilet paper is fine, no complaints on the quality. My big complaint is how this gets shipped out. I have complained so many times and it falls on deaf ears. It is not put in a box, they just slap the label on the outside and ship it. So when it gets delivered to me, it is full of dust from being in the truck all day (we live on gravel roads). It is so aggravating. If it were raining or snowing it would be all wet and probably not usable. Not sure how many times I have to tell Sams about it, but it continues to happen. It happens on the Bounty when I order that too. Quality control is really a problem:(
