I dont know why it has changed by the tp is not same as before. The paper now is not as soft and densed as before. I've been buying this for years but will not anymore. Will look other for other brands thats soft.

Purchased a case recently and as I took one from the packet I realized the quality is downgraded. I have a few that I previously purchased and with a side by side inspection they are obviously different. The new product is of poor quality.

This is the best quality toilet paper and the best price there is. I only have to restock on this every few months. I save so money buying this product, I hate when toilet paper is thin and poor quality but this toilet paper is thick and durable.

Good value but Sams doesn't stock enough as they know this item sells. POOR logistics on their part and the other name brands are too high for bulk pricing so better to go elsewhere.

This toilet paper is the very soft and it lasts you awhile. I have a 4 person household and we can go about a month in a half before we have to grab another pack. Tissue is soft, strong, and is not thin. Great buy and worth every penny!

What happened to this toilet paper? It use to be alot softer! So now it's more expensive and has less quality. I have used this for years but I will never buy it again!

We happily used MM for many years until a few months ago when we noticed a drastic change in the quality. Not soft anymore at all. We pay the extra now for name brand.

This toilet paper stays in places you would rather it wouldn't. I live closer to Sam's than Costco and really wanted this to be just as good as Kirkland toilet paper. It leaves a residue and that is disgusting.

We've been purchasing this toilet paper for years and the last package is different. It's lower quality and the rolls seems to be smaller. Very disappointed and we won't buy this again.
