Good Morning Renee! We are so sorry for this experience since what you're describing definitely doesn't match the quality standards we stand by for our Member’s Mark Bath tissue. If you still have any remaining product left, please hold onto it so we can obtain important lot code information inside the cardboard roll and retrieve samples for review. If you have time, please call us at 888-301-0332 and we will be happy to address these issues. We look forward to hearing from you.
