WHY can i no longer have toilet paper delivered? i live 20 some miles away and only get to a sams club a few times a year for other items you do not deliver. i want to KNOW why and dont tell me it costs you TOO much because that is bull, sams makes enough every year. make some people happy and continue delivery.

First time purchasing toilet paper from Sam's Club, and what a disappointment. This leaves lint everywhere, on your body, on the floor, anywhere you wipe. I have to use a different brand of toilet paper or paper towel to remove the lint that is left behind by the original toilet paper. I blew my nose, and had lint all over my face! Now, I'm stuck with 45 rolls. What a waste! DO NOT PURCHASE.

Doesn’t last long

I’ve been buying this brand of toilet paper for years because it was surprisingly strong and soft. However, this last package I purchased they lowered the quality & it is no longer soft but very scratchy. I would’ve preferred you raise the price rather than lower the quality, I’ll now be looking for another toilet paper brand. 🙁

I always hesitate to buy off brand for toilet paper. Often, it isn't very good. Well, during the 2020 toilet paper crisis, we had no choice. I expected chafed bums but to our surprise, it's soft and durable. We are so pleased with this product, that we stopped buying the NAME BRAND because this is just as good and cost less.

This TP used to be the best, soft and strong. As always they have ruined a good thing and sacraficed quality instead of just raising the price. This TP is now rough as sandpaper. You can hear the difference as it actually rustles when you pull it off the roll.

Never received order. It sat in Edison New Jersey for over 5 days. I kept getting different delivery dates. It was very very upsetting. It was suppose to be delivered the following day that I placed the order. I spoke to online customer service several times. I had to CANCEL .y order. I was beyond upset.

I've been using this toilet paper for years and just lately I've been asking myself why when I know every single time I buy it that it's going to leave "lint" behind. It's worse than it's ever been lately so I guess I've finally had enough and am changing brands.

Don’t like it

I buy this toilet paper on a regular basis. It always comes to me in a box to protect the plastic and the toilet paper. However, my two packages of toilet paper were delivered as you see them in the picture. No box! And the plastic was ripped on the packaging, which made my toilet paper ripped and on top of that the toilet paper was delivered to my neighbors house with no label on it. If I wasn't friendly with my neighbor, they would've never called me and told me that my toilet paper was on their front porch ripped. I'm Very unhappy about this transaction. This has never happened before so I'm not sure what happened now. Somebody on the other end was being lazy when packaging my toilet paper. Not sure why the delivery man was on the slow side as well, not delivering it to the proper house. Probably because there was no label on it. Not really sure even how they got it to my neighbors house.
