Cheap

The toilet paper is a lot thinner and rougher now they claim to be soft and they're no longer soft Sam's club is cutting down on the materials.

Something changed

Something changed recently. Used to compare to Charmin. Not soft at all and feels like cheap paper. Maybe I just got a bad package.

Just opened the package of ultra premium bath tissue. Looked like the rolls were cut apart with a hacksaw
