Used to be good

I have a small household so buying TP in bulk means it lasts a while. The past 2 times I've gotten this, I've noticed that the rolls are taller and the paper is thinner. In the picture of the rolls unrolled side by side, the older one is on the bottom. You can see how much more rigid the paper was. Now it tears through pretty often. This is from when I purchased a new pack and noticed a considerable change with the roll from the new pack. Sam's brand paper products used to be good! It's disappointing they're squeezing profits from us like the rest of the greedy corporations. The same thing is happening to their paper towels. I won't be purchasing this brand again. Another victim of shrinkflation.
