Not as soft as it used to be!

I've been using this toilet paper for years. It WAS the best, even over the big name brands. However, for some reason, it has been changed and is not nearly as soft as it used to be. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK, even if it means a small price increase because having it be like it was is worth a bit extra, rather than like it is now! I will be looking for another option if it stays like this!!

Recently having Clogging Issues

We had 2 different toilets clog up a few days apart. I’ve been using this product for several years and didn’t have this issue until recently. Not having any drainage or sewer issues other than toilet clogging. Did they make changes to the material used?
