The product itself is fine, but I have a sign on my door requesting the delivery person to ring the doorbell. When the toilet tissue was delivered, it sat outside my door at least 2 hours before I knew it was even there because the delivery person didn't bother to ring my doorbell.

I used to only buy the mega rolls of Charmin, but this is better! A better deal for the money and better quality. I am a reluctant convert, I was set on only buying the other brand, but now I only buy this at Sam's Club. Seriously, better quality for sure.

I really like this toilet paper, especially for the price. It's not the plushiest but I don't even like super plushy paper. My husband prefers a different brand so I buy that for our master bathroom but I buy this for the other bathrooms in the house because (IMO) it's every bit as good at a good amount cheaper.

I have used Quilted Northern for years. When they were out of it (with another round of panic buying by people), I bought this. My parents have used it for years and have liked it. It isn’t the thin, flimsy, scratchy TP like most store brands. Definitely will purchase this again.

I’ve been using this brand for years because the quality has always been excellent. The paper is still soft and durable, so I haven’t had any complaints there. What I have noticed is that the rolls don’t seem to last nearly as long as they used to. Even though many brands now advertise around 250 sheets per roll, the rolls themselves seem less tightly wound than they were in the past. My usage hasn’t changed. I don’t work from home, so it’s very noticeable when a roll needs replacing sooner than expected. This seems to be an industry-wide trend rather than something unique to this brand, but it’s still disappointing. I appreciate that the quality of the paper has remained good; I just wish consumers were getting the same value from each roll as we used to.

I go out of my way to get this, frequently settle for quantity purchase limits, and don't care how I need to get it - in store or ordered online. IT IS SIMPLY THE BEST TP! Squares are a very good size for ANY size job and they hang together well until intentionally torn. It is very soft, yet very sturdy. Comparatively, it is without question The Best. Other TP (especially the cheap cheap stuff in store bathrooms) forces me to try to figure out how to make a ribbon of weak pithy paper work - a 'skinny ribbon', at that! This just makes customers mad as we wrap and wrap ribbons of bad paper around a hand JUST to get paper equivalent to 3-4 Member's Mark squares to handle the job.

I have been buying his product for the last few years. They are strong and an excellent buy. My one disappointment and the reason not a five star rating - Sam's must have changed their supplier. These are not as soft as they used to be, but softer than most. So, we still buy them. I recommend them.

I usually use Cottonelle or Quilted Northern but the price has gone up on both brands. My sister-friend and I split a pack of MM Ultra Premium to test. We LOVE it! It's thick, soft, absorbent, and doesn't leave lint behind. It is safe for sewers and septic tanks. This has become our go-to TP.

Good value for the price; remarkably soft. Just wish it came in larger rolls; I am spoiled by Charmin's X and XL and XLL sized rolls and not having to put on new rolls so often. I am trying to go for lower cost products and will now be switching fully to Members Mark toilet tissue.

We switched from Charmin ultra strong to this Members Mark brand. It’s honestly a really good quality and I’d stick it between the Ultra Strong and the Ultra Soft Charmin. Much cheaper as well. We only discovered it after going to my moms house and asking which TP she had installed.
