Ha ha! "Add Video"? I'll pass on that, I think. But I've never purchased any other "bath tissue" since first trying MM Ultra Premium shortly after joining Sam's Club several years ago. It truly is ultra-premium on all counts. It's super-soft and absorbent, the rolls are indeed large and long-lasting, and buying 45 at a time is tremendously convenient.

when I take into consideration of purchasing this product, it is nice to buy in this size and have it delivered. The savings is great and I just sit back and wait it's arrival which put money in my pocket too, as I don't have to use my car or my time to go and get it.

I used to only buy the mega rolls of Charmin, but this is better! A better deal for the money and better quality. I am a reluctant convert, I was set on only buying the other brand, but now I only buy this at Sam's Club. Seriously, better quality for sure.

IMPORTANT ISSUE which needs resolved!!!! We were charged for 3 packages of toilet paper instead of 2 on our last in store purchase on August 20, 2025 which we noticed within 1 hour of leaving the store. Tried calling the Holland Ohio location to report the error and the phone rang FOREVER & then went to an answering service. NO ONE in the store answered the phone number listed on the receipt! Spoke with 4 different representatives (assuming it was with the Sams Club credit card division) which felt confident that they understood and would correct the issue. Repeatedly placed on HOLD until the phone disconnected. NOTHING HAS BEEN CORRECTED. PLEASE contact me!

The best tp I've found. Compared to "Brand" names, the 'touch' quality is better- no adverse skin irritation. The rolls are large enough to not have to replace often, but still fit standard holder. It is unscented, uncolored, very few lint droppings. Even if I weren't on a very modest discretionary budget, I would still chose this tp over more expensive "Brands". I love that I don't have to re-purchase but 3 or so times a year (single person household, approx 2 rolls a week, you do your own math, you will save money)

I never thought I would complain about something like this but this toilet paper is very thick and plush but it is a great price! I prefer to use a different brand but Sam's was out of it. Yes, I know that's a weird complaint but for those of you who prefer that type of a toilet paper it would be an awesome choice for you.

This is the only toilet paper we now use. I ran out a couple of months ago and purchased another brand at our grocery store because I couldn't make it to Sam's. EVERY single member in our family asked what happened to the good stuff? So now I make sure to always keep it in stock. Its soft and durable. Happy Family=Happy Life. :)

When they deliver Certain products, they pitch them, and they're all smashed or do not work properly, The package was all smashed and busted open on my toilet paper. This would not happen if it was their Products. I had the literally waste some of the rolls of the toilet paper because the package was open and it's like it had scraped along something, and the toilet papers, several were all ripped in torn.

I'm a bathroom tissue snob. Always have been. Only bought one brand for many years. And it's expensive. I was shopping online for my brand and saw the reviews for the Member's Mark brand, so I decided to try it just once. I'm shocked. It's very close to my expensive brand. This is my new brand. Saving money is a plus. Try it.

I guess the diplomatic term is Bath Tissue. We call it TP. Regardless of the terminology, we occasionally forget how important this product is to us. And yes, it is Very Scary when the dreaded Out of Stock notification is posted. So, we really appreciate this product and the fact that it is available most of the time. We have been using this Member's Mark TP for years and love it. It works great when you have a runny nose - but I don't want to get too personal. Definitely recommended.
