I have bought this product for years and it has always been great. The last time I bought this, they had shredded loose pieces throughout the whole roll. I thought it was just one of the 9 packs, but it was ALL 45 rolls. I didn't return it because I didn't want it to end up being tossed and wasted. It was still usable, just very messy and inconvenient.

This used to be my favorite toilet tissue. I had stopped buying Kirkland, which had been my favorite, when they changed their formula and the toilet paper became inferior. Now the same has happened with the Sam's Club brand. It's too bad because this was always the best.

Well I usually buy in store. Thought I’d buy it online and save some gas. Well I guess someone decided it would be okay to just send me the ones that someone opened and didn’t want. They were not in the correct package. They were like someone damaged the product and no one wanted it so they sent it to me since I chose delivery. Not acceptable really.

This was supposed to be delivered Fri, Jan 25 and still hasn't been. It was supposed to be shipped from the Charleston, WV store to a Charleston, WV address, but it says it was last in Gallipolis, OH as of Fri and still has not moved from there! Can't say anything bad about the product ad I use it all the time, but I don't know why they would have shipped from somewhere in OH.?.?

We tried Member's Mark brand because it was on sale, but now it's all we buy, sale or not. We used Charmin exclusively before that, but hated that it left lint all over our bathroom. (Which shows up a lot with dark colored fixtures and paint). Member's Mark is soft, durable, and it comes off the roll cleanly at the end. It's also not glued on the roll like other brands, making it easy to recycle (or upcycle) the empty cardboard tube. So, be like Mikey - "Try it! You'll like it!" :-)

The rolls are smaller than the last time I purchased members mark bath tissue. It may be that the rolls are rolled tighter rather than less sheets, not sure. I have not unwound a roll and counted the sheets. They definitely take up less cabinet space.

I am a wife and mother of three. This is the best priced and least complained about toilet paper in the most judgmental house you are ever likely to come across, I have found in the last two decades. My husband is and my children are likely to be engineers of some sort. This means that they pick apart any product they use for flaws. And any product they all use is in even worse danger of being found inadequate. I would definitely recommend trying this tp.

Very happy with this purchase. I’ve been using TP from another warehouse club for years. My sister told me how happy she is with Members Mark toilet paper. She gave me a roll to try. It’s definitely a softer product with significantly less lint accumulation on the floors. This is my new favorite!!

This is the best toilet paper out there. It is soft and strong, and not flaky or scratchy. Plus the price is far better than some of those more expensive brands, and our whole family - my husband, me and three kids all agree it’s the best toilet paper. I will not buy any other kind.

I can’t imagine what people did before the invention and regular use of toilet paper. I don’t even want to think about it, as going without it makes for a stinky society. At any rate, this goes about its job “behind” the scenes and gets no credit for keeping us all clean. Thank you Sam’s club for doing your part. Amen !!!
