Something has changed in this product in the recent months. This product now has a ridiculous amount of lint. Used this product for years, and over the last few months my toilet paper roll is now covered daily in lint, and is painful to use in sensitive areas. Switched to a major brand recommended by others online, and no longer have problems.

Been using this product for at least last 5 years. Been noticing a decline in softness lately but the cost was just too good. Just bought a new pack and it’s complete trash. Might as well be super fine sand paper. Can literally choose any other brand in store for better quality.

I have been purchasing this bath tissue for years, but the quality and softness has declined to the extent that I will NOT purchase this again. There is little softness anymore and the tissues tear easily. This may be OK for a public restroom or a store, but for home use the quality has gone way down. This, at one time, was a decent tissue, but no longer. If you are looking at STAR ratings, don't look at ratings that are several years old; look at ratings over the last few months. There is no comparison between WHAT WAS and WHAT IS NOW.

I first tried this when my daughter had it at her place and remarked on how soft and thick it was. She told me it was from Sam's Club so I decided to get some myself. I have to be careful about what tp we use as many of them clog our toilets. The softer, thicker, more expensive brands are more likely to clog out toilets so I was a little concerned that we'd have problems with this as well, but so far we have not. It is nice and thick so we use less at a time and very soft.

We have purchased this product from sams for 5 years. Until recently is has been a great product. However my last purchase has seen a major degradation of quality. When using a new roll you have to rip into the roll. You can find and end also the paper is a great deal thinner. I won’t purchase it again.

The shoppers did not come before our building locked the doors some how they got in and just left our package by an elevator but left and said our package was delivered. We went out walking the halls to see where it could be and found it by an elevator not by our door. This has happened every time I try to have something shipped they decide to deliver it instead and do not come before the Doors are closed for the night even thought I tell them to deliver before 5pm. So I’m thinking about closing my account as they don’t deliver at an early afternoon hour that I ask for.

Bought this and when we started using it found that about a third of the rolls were full of lint and made a huge mess on the floor when you unrolled them. Not to mention the unpleasant idea of using them for what they are intended. Who wants lint on areas of your body where you use toilet paper? Called the number on the bag and was told no receipt no refund. Who saves the receipt for toilet paper? Will never buy this again.

We bought two packs of these from Sams but were still using up what we had previous purchased(same product). My husband always replaces the rolls so I didn't notice the difference until the master bathroom got the new rolls. I actually texted him at work and asked him "Whats up with the toilet paper?". It is now much thinner and very rough. I will be returning the pack that has yet to be opened but we are stuck finishing up the opened pack. They are actually running a special right now and I was going to purchase some but I'm glad I realized how their product has changed for the worse before I stocked up. I would not buy this again and if they do go back to the old quality they would have to prove it to me before I purchased this again.

They changed the texture. It is not thick & soft anymore. This batch is completely different. I’ve been using this toilet paper for over 5 years. Members Mark decided to change its quality. Same cost. Worst quality. It’s gotten thinner & less soft. They were a good Charmin dupe. I dunno what this sandpaper is now

I have bought this bath tissue for many years and have always been pleased with it. This last one that I bought has just been horrible. It leaves residue behind in your private areas and that's just gross! Please go back to the other recipe of tissue paper. I just went yesterday and bought Quilted Northern. Not nearly as good a bargain but I can't help that.
