I love the look of the range and have been eyeing it for some time. I finally decided to order it, but I have a line issue. Reaching out to the warranty department for support, I have not gone thorugh this process yet.

Forno forces you to rate them before you can register your product for support. How can you rate the product when you don't know if they will support you?

We were in the process of a forced renovation and ordered our appliance package with the understanding that it could take 10 weeks or more for delivery. To our surprise it arrived in 2 weeks! Great but unexpected surprise!

The range looks amazing in our remodeled kitchen. We are having an issue with the large oven not heating but so far Forno 's customer service has been great.

We have not used the unit much yet, we will see how it holds up over time. No idea how the customer service is yet as we are just trying to get service. Order process was fast and easy

Looks great and a very powerful oven. Haven't had it that long yet. I will say the stove top burners are to strong and don't seem to adjust to a lower setting well.

The range is beautiful, unfortunately we’ve had some issues that we’re currently waiting for warranty to sort out so at the present I can’t provide a detailed review

The unit came damaged from the distributor. The undamaged parts are great! It's been hectic around here so we haven't got it fixed yet. I will update my review after we get warranty parts shipped .
