This is amazing stove and we love it so far. The onions do get quite hot when using the oven so we have asked for replacement knobs that do not conduct heat. Other than that,, it’s fantastic!

Looking to find service for my range. The door on the large oven hasn't sealed properly since it was first installed, therefore doesn't get to the proper temperature.

The range looks amazing in our remodeled kitchen. We are having an issue with the large oven not heating but so far Forno 's customer service has been great.

IT'S BEAUTIFUL BUT JUST OPENED BOX AFTER FEW MONTHS --DUE TO NEW HOME BEING BUILT AND IT HAS DENT ON BOTTOM PANEL , AND TOP VENT CAN I ORDER REPLACEMENTS

It gets hot very fast, and the 8 burners is awesome for my large family. The grill tops came broken but customer service was quick to send me new ones!

Stove was just installed today. Came with a broken knob for the large oven. Forno will not allow you to speak to a customer service representative, only send them an email with photos and proof of purchase. Very frustrating.

I love the look of the range and have been eyeing it for some time. I finally decided to order it, but I have a line issue. Reaching out to the warranty department for support, I have not gone thorugh this process yet.

I have had my range for 2 days. It has worked well so far. I baked cookies and they came out fine. I have not cooked anything else yet. I look forward to using it more. That is really all I have to say as of now.

One of the rear burners has not functioned properly since brand new. The ignition continues to be activated even after the burner is lit. Also the smaller oven makes a loud roaring sound and the flame goes out after it is preheated.
