The range looks amazing in our remodeled kitchen. We are having an issue with the large oven not heating but so far Forno 's customer service has been great.

It gets hot very fast, and the 8 burners is awesome for my large family. The grill tops came broken but customer service was quick to send me new ones!

Beautiful product and everything works great. The only thing is the knobs get super hot when the oven is on. I'm going to work on getting replacement knobs.

I have ha the new Forno Gas range installed for less than 90 days and I am having problems that are quite alarming. Knobs get extremely HOT when baking, the electric spark to light keeps ticking after lighting.

Forno forces you to rate them before you can register your product for support. How can you rate the product when you don't know if they will support you?

I received my Freestanding Forno Gas Range in January. The range was delivered at the exact scheduled time and I will give a 1 year review but so far I love my range.

Stove was just installed today. Came with a broken knob for the large oven. Forno will not allow you to speak to a customer service representative, only send them an email with photos and proof of purchase. Very frustrating.

purchase this range a month ago, receive it but the small over doesn’t ignite … I hope they could fix it because i really love the look of this range ..

Bought this in January 2025. The stove top works great. The small section of the oven stopped working recently. The large section if the oven works fine.
