First and foremost, I have been pleased so far with purchase and delivery. There is a problem with the oven handle, but I hope to get that resolved shortly. The packaging is VERY good. I am able to use one oven and all the burners and they are fantastic. All in all I am totally satisfied as long as the oven handle on the large oven gets resolved.

This range is top quality in its design and manufacturing. The packaging is above 5 star. Your phone support was exemplary. As a retired employee in high precision machinery manufacturing responsible for quality assurance and protective shipping, I have to say I am impressed with your entire operation.

So far so good with our Forno double oven. Was easy to install. Manual is good for rough in. They do need to add a little better photo of the back of units in the manual and online along with a more precise spec of the electrical and gas connections for contractors.

But so far everything is good. They are very nice looking. They came very quickly. I would recommend Forno at this point. Visually the quality is outstanding. We have propane and it comes with a conversion kit. Delivery was not as smooth as I expected it be and the delivery service pushed back on the white glove service, but ultimately unpacked the appliances in the kitchen.

Not very easy getting someone to fix the oven, I even bought the additional protection Loew's offered. they then proceed to tell me to deal with you directly because the oven is brand new, and it still has a 2-year warranty. I ask myself why Loew's offers a 3-year protection plan if 2 of those years they are just going to push me toward you guys.

It's a nice oven compared to other brands at this level especially given the price point. Performs very well, although did not expect the igniter to fail only a little after owning the oven for a year. The warranty on parts is two years though so that's their saving grace.

Too new to rate. However at this time my oven does not seem to be reaching temperature. Food is taking more time to cook than using previous oven. Thermometer placed in oven confirms temperature is not as set. Oven door may not be closing properly. Need service person to attend to issues.

We got our 48" gas range back in Oct and we are now ready to put it in our new home. The movers realized that we did not have any legs under the range. I reached out to Forno by email and the CSR , Alexandra P, went above and beyond to help me out. I sent her a picture of what we needed on Wednesday and Friday afternoon the carrier delivered the six adjustable legs we needed. I was so happy with my experience with Alexandra P, and Forno. Thank you :)

Unfortunately within a month of use we are already experiencing some malfunctions. The automated email support has responded quickly. I am currently waiting for an actual technician to respond. Once I hear back I can update my review. I am mostly concerned to register my product.

we bought this gas oven in July, it has not been 6 months and the oven is not working. we called the place we purchased it from and they advised us to call the manufacture. the phone number they gave us was the service for Canada so they gave a different number. we called the other number and we get no response and recommended to send an e mail. we have not gotten anywhere yet.
