Registering stove warranty. Seems simple. We waited to hook up stove for gas install. When install was completed the ovens weren’t kicking on. Trying to use warranty to have ovens repaired. The item itself is gorgeous, now we just need it to work.

Beautiful and affordable, one of my knobs came installed upside down, need to get a hold of customer support.

Quick response from email team very helpful when I had an issue with the range knobs. They sent additional heat protection for the range.

So far I am happy with the new stove, however noticing condensation on the window to the large oven. Will reach out to customer service

We have a couple parts that are not working correctly. Customer service is doing a great job getting service arranged.

Beautiful design. Our church uses the stove for parties, graduations, and we have an outside group that teaches culinary arts.
