This reynolds foil is a little different because it has a nonstick coating. The dull side is the nonstick side. The foil feels a little more slippery than the regular one. It is pretty convenient to have the nonstick feature, but the rolls are smaller. You only get 130 sq ft compared to 250 sq ft of the regular type. I suppose you are paying more for the convenience. Reynolds wrap non stick foil is just like a roll of regular foil. But on the Dull side there are super powers of the nonstick variety. It's simple. Pull tear place on pan or grill. Place food on the foil & cook. Then when done cooking put food on plates, bowls, etc. Saves time and mess not having to deal with sprays.
