This product just works as it has mentioned on the package. "foods lift right off!". exactly. I tried to bake chicken bites and those chicken bites just was so easy to lift. Reynolds non-stick foil works great! I was also surprised to learn that the dull side is the nonstick side! I use this for baking, for storing food, and lots of other things. I tested out the non stick foil on 4 separate items. The foil performed perfectly on all 3 of the cake items. I like to cut up sweet potatoes for fries and bake them on a foil wrapped cookie sheet. I always have to spray the foil with vegetable oil to keep the sweet potatoes from sticking. To test the non stick foil I followed instructions on which side to use. I did not use spray vegetable oil just to see if the fries would stick or not. 50% of the fries were stuck to the foil . Some tore into pieces when I tried to remove them . I love Reynolds Wrap brand aluminum foil, other brands just don't hold up. I love this foil even more because it is non-stick. The width of the foil was shorter than what I was expecting. I appreciated the instructions on which side to face toward the food and which side away. It feels sturdy though and I believe it it will do the intended job. It did keep the heat in which was needed for the purpose I needed.

The foil seems thinner than the aluminum foil which I’m used to. If you don’t read the box, it’s hard to see on the foil which side is designated non stick (dull).
