Commercial returns are a big hassle.

Returns are a big hassle. I will start out by saying that this microwave is very well constructed. Unfortunately I got a lemon. It cooked really well but it just would not shut off. The only way to turn it off was by pulling the plug out of the socket. This microwave has no turntable it is stainless steel for real all the way except for the plate on the bottom it's got like a spill proof white plate built in. It's very well constructed and very simple to use. The problem I had was returning it. You only have 30 days to return a commercial item. From the date of purchase. For this reason and this reason alone I give this a one-star rating because I feel this is unreasonable. I called to return the item and Sam's Club told me basically it would give me a return on my credit card and to throw the thing away I'm not kidding. I've got this in writing. They didn't want the thing back. When I didn't get my money back on the credit card I called them back and they changed their mind. I became very angry. After 2 hours and them hanging up the phone on me multiple times because they could not handle this return I said write my phone number down I want a call back. If you hang up on me and if you don't call me back I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint and Mastercard International and filing a complaint against Sam's Club for a proper resolution. Then I finally got some action. It's being picked up on May 19, 2025 at 8:00 am in the morning. My time is precious so is my patience and these people really tried it. For this reason and this reason alone do not buy any commercial products from Sam's Club unless you're willing to deal with this kind of a problem. I feel it's unreasonable. I will not be buying any big ticket items from Sam's Club as a result of this major inconvenience. Good luck, you have been told.
