Not much to say about this controller that hasn't been said in video reviews already. It was the basic color I liked the least, but to actually own it I can say it's an appealing color that goes nicely with the other basic colors (black, white, and red). In every other way it's just like any other PS5 DualSense. Key issues with these in the past for me is the analog sticks are far less durable than the rest of the controller and will likely experience drift/off-centering long before the rest of the controller wears out.

built well and uses Bluetooth however I got this for use on PC and a lot of games just dont have support for it without using 3rd party software so just keep that in mind. hopefully it will change but time will tell which is the my reason for only giving 3 stars. sony needs to get pc support to a higher standard that it is currently.

My controller along with 3 others still looks brand new but are useless because of the stick drift and it can't be repaired unless you send it in to Sony. Which cost $21 just to ship for warranty repair. No warranty or proof of purchase and it's not worth fixing.

im glad i got the warranty because it seems playstation control quality since ps3 has plummeted....less than 5 months of gameplay and was already have drift issues as well as by the end the joysticks cycling themselves....for what we are paying for these controls it is embarrassing and borderline unacceptable that a company with such class and attention to detail has eroded to a company that makes things that dont last 6 months let alone the test of time.

Absolutely love the quality but wish for a gamer of my they would make the a little more durable I’m alternating between my 6,7,8 PS5 Controllers in three years. Now I know I’m not your average game player I complete two accounts battle passes every season with both COD accounts at level 1000 on MW2. My brother in law just manages to complete 1 battle pass per season and is only in his third controller we got our PS5 on release day. Just need to make the controller a bit more durable for hardcore gamers.

Delivery driver literally gave my item to the people at the store front even though my address had my apt%23 on it, however the delivery driver doesn't know that. Great service and efficiency as usual however these delivery debacles need to be handled. Drivers need to take the time to identify the proper location for drop off

This controller has become my new all-time favorite PS5 controller. The new crisp, smooth feel of the button pressing analog movement feels great to the hands. The color, though... the color is where it's at! Out of the white, black, and red controllers, this one wins hands down!

Walmart sold me a controller that was returned, it has stick drift and the headphone jack only worked if you held the wire a certain way. That box was ripped before I got it. Thought it was fine till I tried to use it. Luckily I have other controllers.

Ordered my son 3 of these controllers last year 2022 and They didn’t work. Tried to give the benefit of doubt and order my son a controller AGAIN because he hasn’t played his PS5 in a year. And AGAIN!!!! THEY DON’T WORK!!!! I’m starting a return on this item and I’m never online shopping with Walmart again!!!!

I got it. We’re very nice deal for my fiancé‘s birthday, and he was so beyond happy/excited to receive it brand new and its box. Nothing wrong with. It works perfectly fine. Nice and sealed up. Got it with no problems controller looks exactly like the photos same color and everything very beautiful. It’s perfect.
