Unlike the previous Playstation models made these controllers for the PS5 seem to last longer, are sturdier, and we've yet to replace any after having a system for 3 years. We just keep buying them because they come out with cool colors and we have a large gaming family.

My son loves the look of it, and let’s just say it’s now the most talked-about item in his room (next to his gaming chair, of course, but that’s another story). It’s got this fiery, vibrant vibe that makes his other controllers look, well, kind of boring in comparison. But let’s talk about the performance. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers? I honestly didn’t know controllers could get this fancy. My son was practically jumping out of his seat the first time he used it, especially when the triggers responded to in-game actions like pulling a bowstring or revving an engine. It’s like you can feel the game—if that makes sense. The immersion is next-level, and it completely changes the gaming experience. He won’t stop telling me how awesome it is. The shipping box had a giant label saying “time sensitive.” It may as well had said “steal me.” And it looked like someone (either the fedex courier or Walmart employee) had opened the shipping box to see take a peak and attempted re-taped it poorly. I hope this doesn’t happen with the PS5. The dual sense controller itself looks and feels fantastic in the hands. But I can’t test it until PS5 arrives.

I got it. We’re very nice deal for my fiancé‘s birthday, and he was so beyond happy/excited to receive it brand new and its box. Nothing wrong with. It works perfectly fine. Nice and sealed up. Got it with no problems controller looks exactly like the photos same color and everything very beautiful. It’s perfect.

Bought the controller, used it for less than a week and the square button broke and started sticking. Bought another one the same exact color after returning the first one, now after a week of use, the X button is doing the same exact thing. Insane I could use my PS4 controllers constantly for years without issue, and they weren’t even $80

I bought my son a new PS5 11/2022 and here it is 4/2024 and he has already had to replace the controller TWICE!! He takes care of his things so ik it’s nothing he’s doing to break these controllers. For the price they should last WAY LONGER than 6-8 months!!!!

I got the controller a few weeks ago, and the buttons seem like… flimsy. That’s the only word I can think of to describe it. It seems like the controller isn’t going to last long. For example, on one of my two original controllers, the start button is pretty much stuck. Like I can press it if I were press it at a certain angle then it would work. It seems the start button in the new one is going to do the same shortly! It just doesn’t seem like a new controller, I can’t quite put a finger on why. It’s either a cheap controller (Sonys fault) or this isn’t new.

I was playing with the controller that came with the ps5 for a while(2 weeks) and in the middle of a battlle royale my jump button would completely stop working ever since i got this controller ive also noticed change in my skill in a good way im not saying this controller makes you better at gaming but it boosted my confidence knowing i have a reliable controller When i hop in to games. And anybody who plays battle royale games knows that the more confident you are the better chance youll have at winning so yeah great controller i recommend it.
