i dislike how i have had it 6 months and the battery is shot. i have a charging station that lets me know when its fully charged i dont leave it on the charger for longer than necessary. that being said for the past 4 months the battery has been getting worse and worse. and fast. i charged it it said fully charged when i turned it on 2 hours later of light gaming and its already dead.

I have owned a ps5 since April of this year. August 6th the controller it came with stopped working. The dpad up arrow stopped entirely. Tried all the fixes nothing works out of warranty. Bought another one August 8th. 84 days later, today, breaks again. Up arrow d pad not working. I bought insurance on it but it broke 84 days in, so idk if my insurance is voided now? I love the controller but it’s not made well. Get insurance on it because past 90 days you’ll be eating another $80

The dualsense controller is definitely my favorite controller I have ever used, however, the stick drift problem is too common for me to overlook it. I've had 5 PS5 controllers and every one of them has experienced stick drift of some degree. So be wary of the possibility that in 3-6 months you may experience awful stick drift that can severely affect your experience of playing games or getting around menus and typing.

Paired with the PlayStation 5 and a title that supports the features of dual sense, it is comfortable in the hands, gives great feedback from actions on the adaptive triggers. The only thing I dislike about the controller is its battery life. It will get you through a good long play session, but will immediately need charging after the fact.

So, I was lucky enough to receive the PlayStation 5 system with the DualSense Wireless Controller as a Christmas gift, and I've been absolutely loving it, especially for games like Spider Man. Let's talk about the controller itself. Firstly, the design is just awesome. The white color is a nice change from the usual black, giving it a sleek and futuristic look. When it comes to gameplay, the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback really stand out. It's incredible how the controller vibrates and reacts to the action in Spider-Man. It's like you can feel every swing and hit, which adds a whole new level of immersion. Now, the size of the controller is a bit big for my hands at first, but honestly, I got used to it pretty quickly. It's actually quite comfortable, especially during those longer gaming sessions where I get lost in the game world. Regarding battery life, it's decent but I do find myself charging it more often, especially during those intense gaming marathons. It's not a big deal though, considering the incredible gaming experience it offers. As for the touchpad, it's a cool feature. It does have some useful functions, especially in games that utilize it well. I find myself using it for quick menu navigation and such. And yes, the white color does show smudges easily, but a simple wipe with a cloth takes care of that. Overall, I've been having a blast with the PS5 and this controller. It truly elevates the gaming experience with its immersive features. If you're a fan of gaming, especially the next-gen kind, you're definitely in for a treat with this setup.

Dislike I didn’t get them and if was a gift so I’m very upset and on top of that you have to wait 48 hours before you call and it takes 5to 10 Business days to get my money back and I still was not able to buy the gift because the money has not hit my card yet

The Dual sense controller is perfect for gaming and works perfectly with the PlayStation 5. You don’t have to worry about sensitivity at all as this controller is hypersensitive to clicks making it ideal for gaming.

[Employee of walmartcanada] Really disappointed. Controller I received with my PS5 stopped working after only a couple months. Experiencing delays, drift and movement on its own. Apparently it’s a huge issue that PS5 has fixed with their coloured controllers (which is probably why it’s more expensive) but the white controllers are known to break down after a while. Get the warranty so you can switch it out when the issue arises. Unavoidable from what I understand.
