The box was opened when I received it. When I checked in the box the controller was a little dirty. Had a few like-stains. I’m looking somewhere else for a controller.

Buttons were stuck cause issues analog loose have bought a so many remotes never had this is have bout 2 purple remotes from Walmart bought out the box had issues

This was a gift for my grandson and he said it works great. He loves the color the performance and it’s built to last cause he’s pretty rough. Overall its a great gift and its worth the money that I paid

How do I return the 3 year warranty that I bought with the controller? What good is a warranty on product I don't have? This is not at all clear on your website and your website if VERY difficult to determine how to process returns.

Sony PS5 controller absolutely garbage. Not even 3 weeks old and has terrible stick drift and mute button sticks. Get it right Sony, stop the low quality over profits

I bought it in November it’s June now and I would say a month ago it started stick drift the controller that came with my system still works fine it say there’s a warranty through the third party seller. I’m trying to see about it now
