Changed negatively

We’ve used vanity fair napkins for over a decade. At first I thought I ordered the wrong item. These new ones feel like scratchy felt. Like the one used for arts and crafts. Now I’m stuck with 2 bulk packages, not cool. Bring the nice and soft napkins back please.
