It is great for every day use or even a dinner party. My guests at my party even commented on how soft they were, but yet they were very thick and absorbent. used vanity fair napkins for years. they are just the perfect size i like. most brands the napkins sre too small so you end up uusing more each meal. with vanity fair your everyday napkin is bog enough you only need one unless it's a super messy meal you need two napkins.

They are nice and thick and work great in the event of a spill. They are larger than a regular sized napkin and look nice at the dinner table. They are soft when wiping your mouth and large enough to fit across your lap to catch any food. I really like these napkins. You only really need one per person, so it definitely saves you from wasting napkins that aren't as durable. I definitely recommend trying Vanity Fair Extra Absorbent Everyday Casual Napkins.

I tried these extra absorbent napkins for the first time after 30 years of using the original. All I could think of was that I felt like I was wiping by mouth with a paper towel, extremely unpleasant. If what you want is the absorbency of a paper towel, then use a paper towel. These are fit for BBQ's and picnics, and that's it. I will not use for at home meal times. I can't speak highly enough of the original, and don't know what I will do if they ever stop making them.

They absorbent liquid very quick. I can use them at home, the office or for a special occasion. I would buy these napkins again.

Kid spill his drink? These have you covered. Seriously the most durable, absorbent napkins I’ve ever found. And soft enough they don’t feel like you’re wiping your hands and face with sandpaper. Not sure how they’re so soft and also so absorbent, but they’re awesome. These are also super durable. You can wipe sticky sauce, syrup, etc off of your hands, face or countertops with confidence that they’re not going to just rip apart. The embossed design gives it a little style and keeps them from looking so plain, a nice touch if you are having dinner guests. They are also Sustainable Forestry Initiative 100% certified sourcing rated, which means they’re responsibly sourced trees and help to protect natural habitats. I highly recommend these napkins, especially to those with children.
