The smart features are not the best on the dryer or washer, connecting your smart phone to the washer or dryer isn't as user friendly as it sounds, once connected to you're unable to start or restart a cycle from your phone or smart device.

I just wish it was a bit bigger in the drum to throughly clean my queen size comforters. It cleans a quick wash better than a normal wash which is weird but ok. The speed on the washer is ok. Takes a while for a normal wash but super quick on a quick wash.

We have had this washer for. Several years now, and it has worked consistently, through long cycles and hard use. It cleans well without drama, which is what you want your washer to do. Second, the washer is efficient. We wash multiple cycles throughout the week, and this washer uses minimal detergent while getting the cleaning done right the first time. Finally, the connectivity is great. It is nice to get notifications on your phone or TV when cycles are completed, and the syncing between the washer and dryer is very convenient. All in all, this washer just works well. Great capacity and reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was reliable, and intensively durable. I felt the the the cycle times were just a little too inconveniently long from start to finsh. I never had to worry about putting too heavy of a load it washed consistently thorough every wash.Connected fast and seemed to work seamlessly. It did have trouble retaining moisture which produced mold that i couldn't seem to kill and the lint disposal area always seemed to build an unnecessary amount of buildup. But it lasted 4.5 years before having to replace.

Samsung are by far the worst appliances that exist. We bought a new home back in 2021. The home was just one year old and all the appliances are Samsung. This year (exactly on the 6th year of the appliances, just shy of the extended warranty deadline ) we had our fridge broken down beyond repair. Our Stove has serious problems where if we build water or any thing that produces steam in the back burners the panel and oven completely stops working. And now the latest is our washer that started leaking, and also has balance problems, where the entire house shakes when we are doing even the small load. Samsung appliances never again.

Thanks God I know electronics . Or the other time when my washer was showing an error code and the only thing I had to do was to clean the filter..... was easy

It's capacity is above average and it cleans my laundry but better than most have. the speed of time that it took to clean my laundry seem to be a little faster than previous washers.

It flooded my house, ripped a hole in rubber seal after some metal part ripped through it…I only bought another because I had the matching only 3yr old dryer still working fine so didn't want to switch to another brand or type. The replacement is working well so far, will see how long it lasts.
