Holds my biggest blankets easily and washes them fast. Having it connect to my phone is a life saver. I forget about laundry and usually have to rewash things but the notifications keep me efficient.

Limited usage of the smart features — generally the job I needed done didn't present experiential benefit from extra bells or whistles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had in for a couple of months now. Runs strong, not very noisey, and washes clothes thoroughly and quickly. Does alot of clothes in 1 load of laundry. The cycle goes through its steps i can set with smart settings. Works with android and iphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front-load washer turns out to be a very efficient machine when it comes to electric and water usage. I've wondered at times if it was using enough water. The high speed spin nearly dries the washed load (which has a decent capacity) so the amount of electric the dryer needs to complete the drying cycle is greatly reduced. Had no issues with the initial setup and the connection to wi-fi. With regular cleaning, I've had no issues with bad odors, and the cleaning process is easy. FULL DISCLOSURE: I did have to have a unit replaced due to issues with self balancing, which caused a banging noise during the spin cycles. If I had a wish list item, it would be to have the option to adjust the volume on the tones and signals...and maybe change the 'song' it plays at the end of the cycle; it's rather lengthy. Yes, it can be disabled, but then there is no signal at all.

I am disappointed in this washer to be honest. I expect better from Samsung; I have all Samsung appliances and am very happy overall. The issue with this washer is that they made the programming overly complicated and relying on a phone app. In the previous version of this washer I could set a “my cycle” setting on the machine. Now it requires an app that is very difficult to use and I discovered that does not support custom cycles in my region. So a simple feature and I lose it because of the app requirement. Forcing customers to manage a washing machine through an app is ridiculous and unnecessary. It does not make for a better customer experience.

Been using mine daily for 1-5 loads for 4 years and it runs like a top. Fits and cleans large heavily soiled loads then gently cares for hand knits. It’s fast and quiet, too. I clean it every time it alerts me and it serves me well. When it finally poops out I’m getting another one. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part is the Super Speed Wash. Its really fast, about 30 minutes, and still gets clothes clean! Super convenient when you’re busy or just don’t want to spend all day doing laundry. Also holds a lot of clothes, so I can do fewer loads. The “smart” features are actually useful. I can start or check the washer from my phone, which is nice if I forget about a load. On the downside, it doesn’t use a lot of water, so you have to be careful not to overload it or use too much detergent, or your clothes might not come out as fresh. Also, you have to leave the door open after using it and clean it sometimes, or it can start to smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my second Samsung front load washer . very very satisfied with the ease of which it cleans the fact that it has a self-cleaning feature and I don't get the horrible smell that some of my friends with other brands have had can you get to my clothes really clean.
