It is simple to unclog but gets annoying when it happens every few months. I also dont like that it seems to have disconnected itself from my smarthub and will not reconnect. I do like it for all other purposes and reason though

We did have a minor issue with the print coming off when we accidently got it wet with stain remover. The lettering is soluable and not well sealed into the paint or clearcoat. Functionally, the washer performs exactly as advertised.

The real only issue I have which is really minor is that the drum shakes a bit if you put heavy stuff in this washer, such as a weighted blanket, but it isn't too bad. I would recommend this washer for anyone in the market for a new one.

I love the front end washer because it makes it so much easier for me and my new Samsung is the best the best ever Samsung makes the best washing machines I recommend all Samsung washers they even have double stacked that are very good they are very good

The washing machine and dryer ran perfectly over the Internet and give us notifications whenever it started done and what was happening. We also liked that room in the tumblers for the washer and dryer is sufficient for a big load, including blankets or towels plus the way they look real eloquent and nice and match our decor of our house. We really like the way they were efficient and saved water when they were when it was running the washing machine in the dryer was not loud. You didn’t have to worry about hearing it down the hallway or waking you up when you rented at night to do your final load before you go to bed.

There are plenty of wash cycle options to choose from, including steam settings that work great for heavily soiled loads. I also like the self-clean cycle because it helps keep the washer smelling fresh. The Samsung app is a nice bonus too, I can check how much time is left on a load without having to walk over to the laundry room. Overall, it's been a dependable washer, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a baby last year and have lots of heavily soiled and stained clothes, it holds a large amount and cleans in only about 45 minutes. Our water bill has actually gone down even though we’re doing more loads that ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this washer for years now and it is one of the better washers that I have owned, the speed wash mode is great for when you need to do something quick, it has a huge capacity for the extra large bedding, it's super great at getting my clothes clean, and it doesn't use more water than needed especially compared to older machines. Another big positive is the wifi connectivity; being able to get notified on my Samsung TV and phone is super nice.
