[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine does several things really well, and is the reason why I will continue to purchase Samsung appliances. First, it is reliable. We have had this washer for. Several years now, and it has worked consistently, through long cycles and hard use. It cleans well without drama, which is what you want your washer to do. Second, the washer is efficient. We wash multiple cycles throughout the week, and this washer uses minimal detergent while getting the cleaning done right the first time. Finally, the connectivity is great. It is nice to get notifications on your phone or TV when cycles are completed, and the syncing between the washer and dryer is very convenient. All in all, this washer just works well. Great capacity and reliable.

The washer cleans really well, even on large loads, and the dryer works fast and efficiently. Both machines are quiet, easy to use, and have a modern look that fits nicely in the laundry area. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to run the auto clean before every wash of darks if I don’t want to have random spots on the fabrics, and typically have to run an additional rinse as well. Connectivity is nice, knowing when your clothes will be done, usually about an hour and a half each load. (Kind of a long time, don’t you think?) Funnily enough, this isn’t the first incentivized review Samsung has asked of me, but the last one I received no incentive. When I reached out (to 12 different agents over the course of two phone calls totaling four hours of my time), I was hung up on, transferred to phone lines no longer in service, as well as gaslit into being told that promotions like the one I was calling about were nonexistent within their company. Following this I’ve reached out via email. So what I’m basically saying, is that whether you like the stylish, yet mediocre products that are shilled, don’t assume you’ll be able to speak with anyone regarding any qualms you may have.

You can easily connect it to the SmartThings app to remotely control the cycles. The washer is also really fast and tells you how much time is left in your cycles.

I also love that it tells me when I need to clean it . The timing as far as the loads go and when I'm washing is great I usually am only washing towels bedding or delicates So the speed is great. The only thing that takes a long time is the self cleaning but that's fine.

My only complaint is that the drain and filter is low to the ground making it difficult to drain and clean out the filter without making a mess all over the floor

The washer cleans everything from clothing covered in oil and grime to delicate clothing it always works extremely well. The capacity is amazing, the cycles run pretty quick, and I appreciate getting a notification on my phone when the wash cycle is over.
