It replaced an older model, purchased 14 years ago, with less capacity, and due to failing bearings, much noiseier. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my previous machine for 20 yrs so a lot has changed in terms of efficiency and technology but the Samsung is easy to use and understand (still learning). My loads have come out good with very little excess water which has helped in the drying process. The machine is super quiet. I connect the machine via the app and my home wifi and I love that I get a message on the app and my Samsung tv when a load is done.

The capacity is great- king comforter fits nice- and the bedding setting- awesome. My favorite part is the the way it allows you to customize the number of rinses, strenth of the spin, soil level and .. THE SUPER SPEED!!! I will try the steam / sanitize as I am sure it will work as designed! My laundry comes out beautifully cleaned! I wish I had this when my kids were younger! I highly recommend it and would purchase again!

I did not expect that from a Samsung is my first time buying washer in that brand honestly am beyond fascinated and happy with it. It feels a lot fit a lot of clothing washes a whole bunch of wash at the same time with the least amount of water a level of the water to accommodate the load.
