I will always buy Samsung appliances, they are the best! I also bought the matching dryer because even though my old Samsung dryer still worked perfectly...it was 14 years old too.

Started making loud noise during spinning cycle, counterweight retaining bolt sheared off, right after warranty ended. Repaired 2 times already for the same bolt. Prior Samsung washer lasted over 15 years, don't think this one will. Good washer otherwise, excellent draining the water helping the drying time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I initially received the dryer, I kept getting a diagnostic code of 4C called. They replaced the machine, which is great. Started to use the machine. It's given the same error again upon installing the knob for the hot water was broken by the repair person they said it was loose, which I haven't touched that machine in 20 years. I'm hoping to get someone to come in and look at it to make sure that it's not a water valve issue.

I usually put a heavy load in at a time and I haven't had any issues! My previous washer couldn't handle big loads of laundry. Overall I am very happy with my Samsung washer!

The washer and dryer have plenty of space for the heavier loads like blankets and comforters. Also able to control them via app is a great feature to have. The best thing though was the price there really affordable and keep are cloths clean and smelling good at all times.
