Controls are super easy to use. Spin is fast and clothes come out almost dry! Very happy with overall purchase. Would recommend Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to run the auto clean before every wash of darks if I don't want to have random spots on the fabrics, and typically have to run an additional rinse as well. Connectivity is nice, knowing when your clothes will be done, usually about an hour and a half each load. (Kind of a long time, don't you think?) Funnily enough, this isn't the first incentivized review Samsung has asked of me, but the last one I received no incentive. When I reached out (to 12 different agents over the course of two phone calls totaling four hours of my time), I was hung up on, transferred to phone lines no longer in service, as well as gaslit into being told that promotions like the one I was calling about were nonexistent within their company. Following this I've reached out via email. So what I'm basically saying, is that whether you like the stylish, yet mediocre products that are shilled, don't assume you'll be able to speak with anyone regarding any qualms you may have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is great.. I have pets and little ones and the stain removal is excellent! Wash times are fast which is a plus for my upbeat life… very water efficient and easy to use! And the connectivity is superior compared to other brands.

Such an amazing capabilities especially on capacity. I could do multiple loads. It is very water efficiency and my bill hasn't been effected by it. The cycle time is shorter than a regular machine and has great connectivity and excellent stain removal capabilities.

exceptional product the washer had a large capacity cycle the West cycle earthquake water efficiency was excellent the steam want the steam cycle allowed to remove everything 80 was easy it was easy it tells you cycle is complete connectivity exceptional

It has plenty of room for big loads , it has great connectivity, the cycle timed are short, it removes most tough stains , but it uses a lot of water on my bill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a front loader that began to smell after 10 years of use. Decided to do top loader but it just didn't get the clothes clean enough. We were hesitant to get another front loader but saw this one had anti microbial lining to prevent stench and it works! Doesn't use a lot of energy and I like how I can connect my phone and it'll let me know when the washer is done. It also reminds me when to do a self clean cycle to keep it smelling fresh. Couldn't be happier with the machine!

Good washer. Just smart things is somewhat not efficient and not easy to connect. capacity is good, wash time is reasonable. Stain removal is okay if you use right detergent. I have no clear opinion on water efficiency, but no complaints on water usage.
