Unfortunately, the first one started making a loud noise after four years and we never bought the protection plan. The repair man said it was unable to fix and said that it was caused by using too much detergent (apparently the fill line is more than you need), as it interacts with the aluminum arms that hold the drum and they eventually break. This was still the cheapest replacement option in this color, so here we go again….

When doing the first load I actually had to check and make sure that it was actually working - it's that quiet! The technology used to create this machine presents a layout on the front that is easy to use and is very self-explanatory. It does a fantastic job and all the clothes come out nice clean and ready to be dried in the corresponding Samsung front load dryer.
