[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is the best washer I've ever used. My clothes are always stain free, crisp when I use the steam sanitize function. I can fit a decent amount of clothes per load and it doesn't take 100 years to complete a function.

My work clothes can get quite dirty and having that and other functions the washer has can be very helpful and getting them actually clean not just somewhat clean like most washers do.

As a television and kitchen appliance owner and never having issues, I thought to try it out myself. I'm able to was king size blankets without washer becoming unbalanced. I love all the different features that's optional to use.

It does a great job with my clothes and it makes them look great when they are done drying. The song at the end of the cycle is cheerful and I look forward to hearing it so I can remove and put into the dryer. My old front load washer had a very bad smell to it but this Samsung has never has that problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I scored my product 5 stars out of 5. Honestly I've had it for around 2 months and I haven't found a downfall. All the buttons do what they're supposed to do. And I am very pleased with the cleanliness of my close, I just thought all washers wash and dryers dry. But there is a difference in my clothes. I use the same cleaning products I've always used but now I am seeing a big difference so it does matter what machine you use. Also use less water and electric.

The powder detergent does dissolve in the washer causing it to get clogged and you cant unclog the machine yourself so naturally you have to get it serviced, this would be ok for people who have money.....unfortunately I Do Not! Now as far as getting clothes clean you must put small loads in otherwise they do not get very clean at all. I wish I could give this washer a 5 star review but I honestly can't and I love Samsung products but I dont think they should make appliances and stay with what they perfected....watches, phones, tablets, and earbuds.
