I really like the fact that it’s connected with the smart things app and I can see when my load is done even when I’m not around it. It uses less water than the previous washing machine and I’ve noticed a dip in our water bill. Overall I’m happy with the stain removal power and how the machine works.

It’s our second one, first one lasted more than expected as we have a large family and there isn’t a day when this washer doesn’t get used. The washer easily handles a large household and, most importantly, cleans laundry exceptionally well. The rate at which laundry can be done is great as well. Normal washed taking about half an hour, and for clothes requiring a more thorough wash this machine will handle all of it and more.

Unfortunately, my experience ordering an appliance through Sam’s Club was extremely disappointing due to their third-party delivery service. My delivery was canceled twice. On the first scheduled delivery, we were repeatedly assured that the delivery was still on its way. My husband even called the third-party customer service line around 12:30 a.m. and was told the driver was still coming. We stayed up waiting until 2:00 a.m. before finally giving up and going to bed. At 2:33 a.m., we received a notification stating that the appliance had been delivered—even though it had not. It then took several days of back-and-forth communication to resolve the issue and receive a refund. Because of the repeated delays and poor communication, I ultimately canceled the order and purchased the appliance elsewhere. I do want to recognize the Sam’s Club customer service representative, who was professional, understanding, and helpful throughout the refund process. However, the experience with the third-party delivery company was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not order an appliance through Sam’s Club again unless they improve their delivery service.

My old washer would take forever to wash clothes and right at the end, would not spin out all of the water in our clothes. Would definitely recommend Samsung products. We also have the matching dryer and I will be leaving a review for that as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has proven to be very efficient for the needs of my family. Whether it's for work clothing, school clothing or bathroom rugs. It doesn't need much energy to operate, and it's connected directly to my phone so I know when the cycles are complete. It's also very fast allowing us to do our laundry in a flash. It holds a respectable amount of clothing with all types of cycles for the various types of clothing we wear. I would definitely recommend this washing machine to any of my friends and family.

2 stars become of the delivery and customer service. The washer is great and was delivered end of May. I also purchased the pedestal which were delivered together. However, the pedestal was not even so on the spin cycle, the washee shook really bad. Shaking stopped once I balanced it with cardboard. I called The delivery co to see if they could come back to balance. i ended up with a new pedestal on the way to swap. When I had the initial delivery, communication was terrible. The delivered co RXO said delivery was on a certain day. i took the day off because they couldn't give me a window, so lost a day of work, spent it calling throughout the day trying to find out time to delivery. Same delivery experience with the pedestal, except at the end of the day...took another day off they said I canceled, which i didn't. called Sam's customer service, got another delivery scheduled. Took another day off, kept checking the app to find out a window. Only to get a text saying we're running late and will be there by 2p. around 2:30, I called and was told 5:15 or later. I couldn't wait because of a doctor's appointment. But i called Sam's customer service without resolution. I asked for a refund and for them to pick up the washer and pedestal and was told "my supervisor says youhave to call Samsung directly". I was not allowed to speak directly to the sup and kept getting 2nd hand recommendations from the person on the phone. I will be writing corporate to request a refund and will purchase a washer and pedestal somewhere else.

It doesn't seem to be big enough but that's my fault I should have gotten a bigger washing machine in order to fit bigger blankets and comforter sheets. It is easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and I haven't encountered any issues yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung front load gives options. From saving space in the laundry room by stacking, to the option of a 20 minute quick wash that saves on water. I can fit so much more in one quick load than in my old top load washer. Everything gets much more clean as the washer spins and water is released. As a busy mom, I like that it connects to my phone. That way I get a reminder when my laundry is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I’m liking it one weekend it has steam features without having to add a second connection. The spin speed is really fast. I like all the cycle settings. I can actually connect to SmartThings with this one versus my old one wasn’t really anything you could connect to. It works pretty good. You need to make sure the balance is right on all the feet I think the only downside for me is eating to leave the door open more often and the detergent tray open more often to let it dry out and not get moldy overtime, but that’s just good practice anyway.
