Great features

Terrible washer. Barely just over 2years old and it's already needing major repairs. Loud knocking on the door. Called support and said it was out of warranty. Their parts are crap. Opened up the machine to find one ofthe screws that holds the drum in place  had broken in half.

Horrible appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my new front load washer today.It's also stackable.I have the samsung dryer as well.Which I have never been more happy with any other dryer! So this washer is exactly as I expected- FANTASTIC! i couldn't be happier with these samsung appliances!
