Adding all of the extra Steam based options in as well makes it even more of a value proposition. While a little confusing at first to program a wash without the app, that confusion goes away with familiarity. I can't stress enough that while you do NOT need the Smart Things App to enjoy this product, the functionality and flexibility you get with the app is awesome. Life Cycle Management and product information is readily available along with energy monitoring and being able to fine tune your laundry settings. A FANTASTIC system!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is ALL it's touted to be. All of its smart features (and there are many) are intuitive and easy to use. It has every conceivable cleaning feature. From steam sanitizing to self-cleaning. And, of course, its smart capabilities allows for operation away from home.

I don't think I have ever gone out of my way to leave a review before. I am on my second washer in about 3 years (warrant replacement) the first unit broke in less than 9 months with a cracked counter weight on the front. I contributed this failure to a large load on a high spin cycle. The second unit just broke Christmas morning due to a bolt steering off that holds the counter weight on. There were only 4 hand towles inside. This is obviously a manufacturer issue and should be recalled in my opinion. This until is awful you will be lucky to make it past two years with regular use. Save your money and purchase another brand.

I like Samsung products and i was happy with my purchase but the problem is the when I wash the soap or softener stays on the side of the door and it doesn’t wash like I was thinking it would also it does not spin good , when the cycle is done and I want to put it in the dryer is still really wet so I wish Samsung would provide help with this issue or exchange for a better one , this product is expensive and to not be able to be happy after used is not fair for the customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this big, beautiful Washer about a month ago (actually we've purchased 2 sets of these same w/d appliance sets within the last 6 MONTHS...WoW!) and we love how it cleans; how quiet it is; the platinum color AND the adorable Chime that sounds at the end of the various cycles! Just makes you SMILE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simplified cycles take some getting used to but once you figure out the right combination it works great. I wish this model had an interior light Install is simple and quick, all necessary parts are included except for the water lines I like the fact that when you push the start button it actually starts, unlike our old washer. I am getting used to using online user manual since Samsung opted to save paper and not print a huge manual.

Champagne, it worked really great until it didn't; getting this one was a iffy thing but in the end. Its has so far exceed my expectations, it work smoothly and the smart wash is a great little asset. Definitely don't judge a broken machine by the well brokeness. Truly a gem of a machine, washes efficiently, quiet and overall a great value. Haven't tried all the buttons but I'll be buying the dryer next.

The Smart Care feature is nice too because I get a notification on my phone when the cycle is complete. I love the platinum color and tinted glass doors. It's a really nice product for a good price and I would highly recommend.

Been using this new model for a few months now and it washes everything well (Family of 5) and I like that when connected to the Smart things app I get a notification that the load is finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my washer and am loving it! It has so many options to choose from to wash my clothes, bedding and towels. The only thing I don’t like is I can’t start the washer with the smart app but that’s me just being lazy.
