Started making loud noise during spinning cycle, counterweight retaining bolt sheared off, right after warranty ended. Repaired 2 times already for the same bolt. Prior Samsung washer lasted over 15 years, don't think this one will. Good washer otherwise, excellent draining the water helping the drying time

Doosh, and the washer stopped working, turns out a counter weight fell off the drum the proceeded to smash the electronics inside the machine for the door. I got it repaired and it's been working good since but for the price I expected to go longer than 2 years before having to pay for repairs.
