I particularly like the size it fits my comforters without any issues. Also love the soap dispenser it is very convenient, I fill it up once ever so often and it disperses soap for all my washes. (There’s a way to set how much soap to disperse) This washer also has an amazing steam feature that leaves clothes smelling clean. Overall this is an amazing washer with a tremendous warranty that I’ll likely never need!!

When it came time to replace my old washer, I knew I wanted another Samsung. This model caught my eye because of its advanced features and sleek design. Since making the switch, I've been nothing short of delighted with its performance. The efficiency and quiet operation have transformed my laundry days into a much more enjoyable experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Samsung washer before and loved it. When I moved in to my new house I received GE appliances for free so I gave my washer to my in-laws. Wost mistake ever. As soon as I could I bought myself this Samsung washer and I couldn't be happier. My clothes are actually clean. I love the little song it sings to tell me when it is done and that I can connect to get notifications.

We have purchase two Samsung washers over the past 9 years (older versions of this model). The first one lasted 5 years, the latest lasted 4 years...each time the control board went bad. The control board costs about $300 so you are left with having to choose b/t an expensive replacement part + repair bill, or just go get a new washer. The washers themselves work OK. Tub is very large and can easily handle a medium size comforter. Sometimes it does not get all the water out so another spin cycle is in order. The place where you put the soap/rinse often times will get clogged up thus needing to be taken apart and cleaned with a tooth brush. Also you have to leave the door open or your next load will smell like a musty swamp. I just ordered a new GE old school top loader with mechanical switches. I won't order another Samsung again...quality just isn't there.

Only thing I am missing in this washer is - there no option to select small loads. Though time-based washing may be used instead. One drawback is - towards the end of the wash cycle, machine vibrates while spinning at high speed and makes relatively loud sound.

This set has more features I especially love the Wi-Fi capability and it works with our Samsung family hub smart things app. so i could start the washer or dryer from my phone. and it sends me alerts not only on my phone but also on my TV's as well because every major appliance and tv in my house is now Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with the quietness on how it performs. My clothes are parctically dry which means I use less energy on drying. Also unlike my old washer it doesn't dance all over the laundry room. I also like the little jingle it gives off to alert a finished load. I still don't know all of its functions especially the phone alerts. I will eventually will get to it. All in all a good and well thought out product.

The functions are very self explanatory. It exceeds my expectation with washing. It's awesome that when I'm watching TV in another room, a small notification window pops up on the screen to let me know when the cycle is complete.
