I love the eco modes, although they do sometimes make me have to run something like a larger blanket in the dryer a second time. But being able to control from my phone, save energy, and customize my load settings makes these more than worth it!

This Samsung set is much easier to adjust the washing time soil level, rinse time set, while the Whirlpool one was a riddle to guess every time. Very happy with this set!

The quality is outstanding, and has exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for front-load washer and I also selected the color platinum gorgeous color.

To all the positive reviews, I bet you just got the machine. Counterweight broke after 1.5 years. Poorly manufactured. Waste of money. 100's of reviews stating the same complaint. This product should be recalled. I'm out over a grand now, thanks for nothing samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought washer/dryer set. Champagne in colored and I had them stacked. They are gorgeous in design. Best feature is they clean clothes great, washer is so quiet and with the wifi they let me know when the wash is over- a feature I did not think I’d use but now absolutely love it. Also let’s me know when someone else is using them. Also being stacked I expected them to move while in use but they don’t . I highly recommend. Everytime I go downstairs I smile when I see them. The design is beautiful and they appear more compact leaving me more room which I like. I like how much capacity they have. Very impressed over all!

I called customer support they told me to unplug it for about 5 mins, I did that and still have the same problem. I've unplugged it numerous times to no avail...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Samsung Front Load washer stopped last week only after two years. Since it's a stack, we were forced to purchase another Samsung washer since you cannot stack it with other brands and I didn't want to buy a whole new set. We purchased a 5 year warranty with this one. Not expecting much, but at least we'll be covered by extended warranty this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Washer is doing a great job with the laundry that has been washer in it so far. Blankets, Sheets, Towels, Clothes...all being washed well in this machine. Really love the front loader, it is our first one.
