[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer a couple years now and I can say there's a bunch of great things about this washer bud a couple negatives as well. Love the connectivity with the app, fast washing, and washes very well. Negatives are that stuff gets trapped in the rubber gasket of the door that drains the water, and the annoying reminders to constantly clean it.

It cleans well, is large enough for half a bin of laundry, and cleans quickly. I can control it with my phone and monitor how much time I have left which is great when you have a two story house.

The speed of each cycle is timed just right. Clothes are cleaned and rinsed well using just the right amount of water for load sizes and drum capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works well but has an issue with getting a bad order even when cleaned out properly and running the self clean option.The capacity is very nice with how many clothes you can fit in the machine, the connectivity is easy to use, it runs at a decent speed, and if it didn't have the order it would be the most efficient washer I've had.

Rodney A Foster Load capacity is great, while Connectivity could use a little work as the Bluetooth, and wifi sink tend to unlink at times and it's some what difficult to reconnect, as far as my experience goes. It cleans extremely well, but the wear and tare, or durability I should say is lacking. You definitely want to purchase the protection plan. You could spend in one repair what you spend for the 5 year protection plan. It's actually 6 with the one year warranty, they don't tell you that shhhhhhh our secret. The speed settings for quick dry are phenomenal, efficiency is somewhat lacking as far as the overall consistency of each load. The steam cycle needs improvement, and bulky loads should have a steam as well in my opinion. All in all great buy especially with the Veterans Discount on top of the already applied discount I purchased it with. Thanks Samsung for a reliable but still needs some tuning washer+dryer front load. From A Veteran

Capacity is also better than average. I don't like the chiming music that plays at the beginning and end but they all do that, and I'm a cranky old man.
