Horrible experience - and I really tried to help!

I bought this and it broke in less than a year, I asked samsung to come out and service the appliance but they sent someone who spent 5 mins and told me it was 'cosmetic'

Great Washer. Would Recommend!

Great color (platinum)

Amazing Washer!
