I am amazed of how easy it is to use and how easy is to clean up. I am a Sammy team person I own TV. Refrigerator and Laundry units plus phone and tables and PC hahaha but this washer is one of the best in my opinion.

The reason I give it 3 stars is because just when the Washer was year old my first washer broke and because warranty Samsung replaced it. Second washer now, again less than a year old and had to get serviced. Disappointed because I was expecting it to work for many years to come with out issues for price we paid.
