My clothes comes out smelling amazing. It like that I can control the functions; rinse, dry, etc levels. I can also monitor the different stages of washing via the app. This was so easy to do. This machine is rather quiet and has a nice notification that goes off when the load is completed. This would be a great addition to any home. This look of this machine is so up to date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly quiet, gets things clean, the self clean is cool but is annoying and requests it more frequently than I'd like. But the washer in all, is definitely a win for me. I love that it notifies me on my phone when the cycle is complete!

Won’t power on, one month shy of 2 months from the date of manufacture…. What a P0S. Repairman said the control board is not getting any power. Control board isn’t fixable, it has to be replaced. My outlet has been tested and it’s working just fine, it’s the washer. I’m upset. Cost to repair is more than I paid for the washer….

Shakes violently during spin cycle. And when it finally gets up to speed (if it does), it shakes my entire home. It is on a 10" thick slab of concrete and it still shakes my home! Prior repair tech came out and apparently tightened a few bolts and left, saying I'd need a motherboard (for shaking?) but never returned, never called to let me know the part is available, nothing. Frankly I want my money back and I am going to engage my CC to try and do so... this is horrible.

Very limited water comes in so clothes stinks when it comes out. To wash clothes need good amount of water. We have to keep washing same clothes 2 or more times.if you have someone in your family works and wear clothes and if it gets stains or dirty you need to wash multiple times to remove the stain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start!? This Samsung washer looks large and in charge in our space and is very functional. We can now install counters and cabinets for folding and better storage as the size of the set is perfect and allows us to re-imagine our laundry room for efficiency. We wanted a large capacity washer and dryer - we definitely got it! I feel like I have a commercial set in my home. Front load for the win! The washer has a great set of preset selections with many more that can be downloaded using the "SmartThings" app (more on that later). Samsung takes the guesswork out of washing by allowing you to choose towels, bedding or whites just add detergent and start. The washer drains more water out of the clothes than expected. The washer runs quiet and effortlessly. Full disclaimer I do not have scientific evidence but I think my clothes come out cleaner and more fluffy using the tumble washing method vs top loading.  WIFI, SmartThings and laundry... it makes perfect sense! I know when my clothes are clean or if someone else is washing. I can add clothes then set them to wash later so that I can dry them right away when I'm around. I receive alerts when washing has completed so I don't have to guess if I need to check on the clothes. The app interface is simple, very clean and functional. You can download other care options for different clothes types, as well. There's a setting for nearly any clothing option.  Steam cleaning is great for sanitizing our little munchkin's clothes after school. I also use it to clean and deodorize my work clothes while keeping them wrinkle free. Nearly any item that you cannot or do not want to submerge in water, you can stream clean!
