so, i have just received my set literally installed yesterday. today doing a full house of laundry because my old set was a fridgidaire center. almost everything is samsung in my house so i wanted the washer set. next will be stove and refrigerator. hopefully all goes great considering the reviews i have read. so sorry people have experienced that. i love my champagne set...

I love this washer and dryer set. It is the best washer and dryer I've owned. I love the steam options. I have owned mine for 3 years now and it really is a versatile machine. I have pets and my clothes get cleaned and the hair removed. It washes and dries my king comforter easily. Getting wrinkles out is a breeze with the steam.

It does a fantastic job at washing and is extremely quick. I had to change detergents to post though because I felt the clothes needed a little more boost!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this fantastic washer machine to replace our 10 years old samsung washer, the color is attractive, modern, the speed of the centrifuga is amazing, no sound at all, we can start Washington from far away using the app in our phones, thanks sansung!!!!

Bought this washer/dryer 2 years ago. Had to have a tech come out and work on it as soon as we tried to use it for the first time. The door has never shut properly and you have to hold it until it locks. But the worst part of this washing machine is the way it shrinks cloths. We put cloths in on a cold setting and hang dry, and this machine still shrinks them. We checked that the cold and hot water were not switched. I just would not recommend this machine.

The champagne color is so beautiful and I love that I can control the washer with my phone. There is so many different cycles to choose from compared to other washers. Works great and gets clothes clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washer (& matching dryer)! It has lots of nice features and advanced technology, is very quiet, & also very eye appealing. Also appreciate the Smart Things app to know when the load is finished. We're not fans of the long chime/song that plays when a cycle is completed, though fortunately it can be turned off on both units.

It's smart features are in keeping with the other wireless and smart features of my home. I love the range of features and prep options available on the machine's dial as well as accessible by my cell phone. One other feature I love is the machine's quietness. This took a while to get used to as I kept checking to see if it was still running. However, once I had the device hooked up my phone it was easier to monitor where my laundry was in the cycle. Did I mention that this machine sings when a load is completed?! I really feel as if I have upgraded my laundry and living on acquiring this device. The only (minor) issues incurred; when I attempted to connect the device to my cell phone via the instructions in the manual I was not successful but it was easier to connect intuitively using the Smart Things app. I also realized that I, being a tall(er) person prefer a top loader so that I am not stooping and getting low to load the machine. However, these concernspale in comparison to the efficiency of the appliance. I enjoyed a silent, superior laundry experience with this washer. I feel like laundry was quick, clean and silent.
