However, he choose the closest thing to our old model and so far it's maintaining up to par. We have a family of 5 and we do laundry about twice a day minimum to maintain toddler and baby clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install. love all the different wash/steam options. the wash drum is HUGE and it doesn't hardly vibrate or make a lot of noise. However, we left the big bottle of detergent sitting on top of the washer, and even though the bottle is plastic and the surface was clean and brand new, the bottle danced around the top and left scratch marks all over. it's not super noticeable, but it was a bummer to see. we have the platinum color.

I enjoyed the melody gingle notifying us the cycle was complete. It was catchy, and a smooth tune. My clothes were cleaner than before, and smelled great! Thank you so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this fantastic washer machine to replace our 10 years old samsung washer, the color is attractive, modern, the speed of the centrifuga is amazing, no sound at all, we can start Washington from far away using the app in our phones, thanks sansung!!!!

This is the SECOND Samsung washer I have purchased in 1 year. The first one which I purchased from a big box store knocked and rattled so much during the rinse and spin cycle, they finally agreed to replace it. I got the second unit directly from Samsung.com in June 2023. Now, only 2 months later, the second washer is doing the SAME THING. I can't even wash clothes while on a Zoom call in my home office with both the laundry room and home office door closed because it sounds like a freight train is coming through my home. I'm beyond frustrated!!

It makes a lot of noise when on spin cycle and the noise is extremely loud. At first I thought it was normal but it has been getting worse and it seems that at some point the washer is going to break. I don't use it because it makes me nervous and I'm afraid of the noises It makes.

I wanted a top load because I hated the smell that my parents and friend got off there front load washers. this washer was a wonderful cleaning system, and clothes come out clean every time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] don’t enjoy the front load washer Doesn’t hold water like a normal washer. The gasket ends up stinking after a couple of months. Really wish out I got the top loading washer that I ordered. Never should’ve kept this one.
