I love how quiet it is, and adding it to my Smart Things app has allowed me to monitor the amount of energy it uses, which is SUPER COOL. My wife especially likes the music it plays when the cycle is done.

i have so many positive things to say about this samsung washing machine. let me start by saying the easy to clean door seal is my favorite part. it is a clean and keep your clothes smelling fabulous. there are so many cycles to choose from to effectively clean your clothes depending on what type of clothing or articles you may be washing. it has a large capacity and i can fit a king size comforter in it and it comes out looking and smelling clean. an extra added bonus is the wi fi capabilities to use this machine anytime you need. overall i highly recommend this samsung washing machine, you will wish you had purchased it earlier. my favorite is that this washer allows you to do a speed wash. downloaded the smart things app and was able to connect my phone to the washer in a minute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. I have noticed how clean my clothes are and it doesn't matter if the loads are large or small.. My clothes comes out smelling amazing. It like that I can control the functions; rinse, dry, etc levels. I can also monitor the different stages of washing via the app. This was so easy to do. This machine is rather quiet and has a nice notification that goes off when the load is completed. This would be a great addition to any home. This look of this machine is so up to date.

Bought this as a set. I have been very impressed with it. It seems to run quicker than a top load washer and it cleans just as well. The smartthings compatibility is a wonderful adding additional wash modes and notifications when loads are finished, even when I'm not home.

Shakes violently during spin cycle. And when it finally gets up to speed (if it does), it shakes my entire home. It is on a 10" thick slab of concrete and it still shakes my home! Prior repair tech came out and apparently tightened a few bolts and left, saying I'd need a motherboard (for shaking?) but never returned, never called to let me know the part is available, nothing. Frankly I want my money back and I am going to engage my CC to try and do so... this is horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly quiet, gets things clean, the self clean is cool but is annoying and requests it more frequently than I'd like. But the washer in all, is definitely a win for me. I love that it notifies me on my phone when the cycle is complete!

We picked this washer because my parents have had their Samsung Washer and Dryer for years without any issue, and trust me those things handle everything my stepmom throws at them! Also, with a new baby in the house, the speedy wash and noise reduction technology make me one happy mama!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer with a dryer together from costco, and they've both been amazing, the washer washes our stuff better than anything we've had before, and it's super efficient! Plus I love that it connects to wifi and lets me know when the cycle is done if im downstairs. And the color is super nice with the champagne color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very thrilled we purchased this washer it is so easy and quick to do laundry now and the clothes are so clean compared to our old Lg which would get stuck during the cycle and take forever to finish. Wish we had dumped the old one years ago!
