It is noticeably smaller, but can certainly wash a decent amount of items. Cycles: has standard cycles. Does not have an option for using extra water - a favorite feature of our last machine Design: super modern. Sleek. Cool Performance: I've used it a few times now and it seems to wash clothes well. I like being able to use up to 5 rinse cycles. Technology: I don't know why a washing machine needs an ap. Thenap adds very little to the product other than the “downloaded” program button

I use steam sanitize on my husband's work clothes and they have never smelt better ! The washer never stinks and reminds you when to do a cleaning cycle!

They came out so dry that the hardly needed any time in the dryer. It was significantly more quit than our previous front load washer. Liked the many setting options available to customize each load to the type of clothes being washed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my previous machine for 20 yrs so a lot has changed in terms of efficiency and technology but the Samsung is easy to use and understand (still learning). My loads have come out good with very little excess water which has helped in the drying process. The machine is super quiet. I connect the machine via the app and my home wifi and I love that I get a message on the app and my Samsung tv when a load is done.
