[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Darn good washer and dryer combo couldn't ask for nothing better I wouldn't know what that would be because it with everything and I do mean everything a person could possibly need their laundry purposes it is fast blonde friendly and amazingly quiet I am I am so overly thrilled and off the top Lee excited worried about the capacity many items would fit and if it would clean things good if I put a king size comforter in there it connected to my regular ports and plugs and was quiet as can be very fast loads get some done before you know it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this washer in an environment where it was run more times in one day then most home owners will in a month. The washer lasted for approximately a year before it needed minor repairs (water valves). Eventually we had issues with the door latches working properly and noticed this issue occurred across all of our units soon thereafter. This part wasnt expensive or difficult to replace. Based on our brutal usage, I believe that they will stand up very well to regular or even intensive home owner usage.

Started making loud noise during spinning cycle, counterweight retaining bolt sheared off, right after warranty ended. Repaired 2 times already for the same bolt. Prior Samsung washer lasted over 15 years, don't think this one will. Good washer otherwise, excellent draining the water helping the drying time

I really like the fact that it’s connected with the smart things app and I can see when my load is done even when I’m not around it. It uses less water than the previous washing machine and I’ve noticed a dip in our water bill. Overall I’m happy with the stain removal power and how the machine works.

My old washer would take forever to wash clothes and right at the end, would not spin out all of the water in our clothes. Would definitely recommend Samsung products. We also have the matching dryer and I will be leaving a review for that as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer for my boyfriend's house, and it's been a great addition. The large drum makes it easier to handle bigger loads, including bedding and towels, and it runs much quieter than we expected. The wash cycles are more efficient then I've used in the past, and clothes consistently come out clean and don't have to cycle thru 2x. We also appreciate the SmartThings features and the time saving Super Speed cycle. The only thing to keep in mind is the regular maintenance that comes with any front load washer, like wiping the gasket and leaving the door open between loads. But that's for my boyfriend's to look after. Overall, we've been very happy with it and I love to do laundry when I stay the night and would definitely recommend it

It's very useful it can do a full load and 28 minutes I like that I can use my phone with the Wi-Fi for the washer I love the alerts to let me know when my washer is done the price is reasonable depending on where you go it has a self cleaning option which helps get rid of the bacteria and dirt and grind and perfect for any space I love that I don't have to wait all day to get a load done and it cleans very well and your whites are crisp

It’s our second one, first one lasted more than expected as we have a large family and there isn’t a day when this washer doesn’t get used. The washer easily handles a large household and, most importantly, cleans laundry exceptionally well. The rate at which laundry can be done is great as well. Normal washed taking about half an hour, and for clothes requiring a more thorough wash this machine will handle all of it and more.
