And I use the center drawer for meat and cheese .The family hub Wi-Fi seems to connect and disconnect fairly often. My Wi-Fi is very very strong so I don't know what the problem may be I haven't used a hub except for the calendar and weather so far. The ice seems to work well, but when using the scoop seems to push the ice toward the back, causing a stoppage and icemaking I also hear cubes falling down and back I don't believe they're in the freezer bend we'll see if that will become a problem. Not too happy with the doors they don't seem to stay open when I'm loading the fridge and they don't shut easily. If you don't close them you will get a open door alarm mostly the left side love the water container use it all the time. I'm amazed. at how much we use it. Wish the shelves in the main refrigerator and also on the doors were adjustable. the crispers seem to work fine but you gotta be Houdini to get them out to clean them. The outer doors should open farther than they do . I like the French door style. You can put wider items inside I on the side by side before. time will tell if their fridge is reliable. My last Maytag lasted 30 years and it was still working fine but the plastic molding was getting broke. That's why I I upgraded to the Samsung .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love this refrigerator, two ice trays large and small ice crubs, we had a problem with it and conns and samaung got to the problem and worked together to get it stratem out/ thanks to all and down to the delivery guys, they were so helpful, cleaned everything up . had it installed again with in no time at all. i had ice thank you everyone for your help.

We love the family hub as it keeps track of all the things going on for our very busy family and keeps the refrigerator doors free of clutter. Great storage space. LOVE the flex drawer and the many ways it can be utilized. The 2 types of ice are more convenient than we initially thought- especially with water bottles for athletic kids. Haven't found anything to be disappointed about yet!

I thought the Family Hub was cool, but didn't think it would be worth the added cost so I settled on the "regular" version of this fridge. Ultimately, my husband convinced me to splurge on our kitchen reno so that we wouldn't have regrets down the road & I'm so glad that he did. I could go on forever about how much I love this fridge, but I'm just going to sum up some of my favorite things and be done with it: - Water & Ice: I LOVE the hidden water dispenser in the fridge. Also, the ice bites fit in every narrow-mouth water bottle I own. No more crushing ice with the dispenser and waking my kids up at 11pm/5am. - I use the Alexa integration at least 10x a day (checking the weather, adding items to my shopping list/to-do list, playing music, adjusting the temperature of my home AC, viewing security cameras around my home). - If one of my kids forgets to close the door, I get a notification on my phone that it's been left open. - Alexa will reorder your fridge water filter if you enable the option. I love this, because my to-do list regularly has 3274487234 things on it, and I'm happy to offload even just one of those to a digital assistant or service. - Memos on the home screen: I use this to create a list of meals for the week so the other 4 people in my home aren't always asking me what's for dinner. - Media options: Music & podcasts (Amazon Music, Pandora, Spotify) TV (free tv From Samsung TV Plus) I'm gonna be honest, there's so much more I haven't touched on, or even discovered yet, but I'm more than happy with the few features I use daily. They just add so much convenience to my daily flow. Can't recommend this fridge enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 5 months ago and I couldn't be happier. I love how easy it is to change the panels, it's so customizable. The fridge part is huge, but the freezer is a bit small because the ice station takes up a lot of space. But I absolutely love this refrigerator nonetheless!

We purchased the refrigerator online just a week ago. The interior setup of the refrigerator is nice and the beverage center is convenient, HOWEVER, the refrigerator fails to do the one thing that is the most important thing for it to do -- it fails to keep the food and drinks cold! We turned the digital temperature control as low as it will go to 34 degrees but the refrig. temperature thermometer we put inside the unit shows it only cools to 41 - 42 degrees. Even when we use the cooling boost for 1.5 hours, the inside only cools to 38 - 39 degrees for that short time period. It is so frustrating! Our milk and juices are only semi-cool. Our cheap refrigerator in our hot garage has no trouble cooling to 35 degrees and staying cool. We called for service and they said they won't service unless the food is spoiled -- it doesn't matter that the unit doesn't work as it is suppose to work. Hopefully, they will be able to remedy this issue.

The automatic refillable water dispenser, the 2 types of ice and scoop, shopping made easier by "seeing" what's in the fridge when you are at the store, Alexa assisting with music, news and weather on a daily basis and so many more benefits I don't know how we got along without it.

The price was timed properly too and this beautiful fridge was on the market for us! We can't be happier with it after this first 60 or so days, it's maintained it's beauty, efficiency, and cleanliness in our home and we couldn't be happier with it! We're already shopping our next Bespoke series kitchen appliance to match it!
