Honestly. Not sure what the complaints are about. I suffer from heartburn and this wedge is by far the cheapest anywhere! I put my best pillows ok it and it's a gradual incline. Not too much and not too little. It's perfect.

I was excited to try a wedge pillow to help with waking up from stomach acid at night. Sadly, after having the pillow sor out for 2 days, the small from, the pillow is still so strong I'm not able to try it for a night! I will say the cover is very soft. Also, the pillow itself has a nice firmness to it. I'm hoping the following scent will dissipate, and I'll be able to try for a night's sleep. I was hoping for a slightly softer wedge. The width is 19", too narrow for me. "Width" would be the "left to right" measurement at the point where the shoulders would be if you were to lay on the wedge to prop up your torso.

I like the pillow, it works. But when I took the cover off yo wash it , the zipper broke the 3rd time I tried to take it off.

Slept on this one whole night and kept hoping it would eventually warm up from my body heat and start to yield or soften at least a bit, but it never did. This wedge is therefore useless for inclined sleeping. It's also too tall for inclined sleeping, and, again, hard as a rock. Might work OK for leg elevation or as a seat back, but even then be sure you know it is hard and unyielding unless you shove your hand hard into it. Only then does it have any give at all.
